Look no further, you’re in the right place! « Lou Peneque », which means « the nap » in Provençal, is not just a charming name, it’s a promise: to introduce you to the ultimate relaxation.

Lou Peneque is located on the French Riviera in Le Lavandou, in a place called “Aiguebelle” (beautiful water in Provençal) overlooking the Mediterranean sea like if it was just for you !

Its unique location makes it a very quiet place.

Rental conditions

For Summer rental [min stay 1 week] available from last week of June to last week of September. Peak season is from July 14 [Bastille day] to August 24.

Pricing

June and July price [before peak season] would be $ 2700 per week, if two weeks $ 4300.
During peak season , $ 3250 per week, if two weeks $ 5400.
Last week of August and all of September : $ 2700 per week, $ 4300 if two weeks.

Payment

Wire transfer to bank account.

Booking Deposit

30% of total amount upon booking confirmation.
Remainder of payment 1 month before rental start date.

Warranty Deposit

Euro 500 in cash upon arrival day [departure day, will be given back after exit walk-thru].
100 euros to be deducted for cleaning.
